Stairwell Installation
Two compositions, Coyote Fur in the Wind (Coyote Songs, track 6) and In Their Absence (The Saucey Pack Goat, track 1), have been selected for the 2025 Music for Stairs Installation. This is the National Association of Composers/USA 2025 project for installling speakers into prominent stairwell locations in each state to play contemporary electronic or live music, a highly interactive experience for all participants--audience and composers alike. Currently, staircases featured are in Columbus, Atlanta, and Oakwood in Georgia, and Franklin, NC, with hopes for at least 200 installations throughout the year. I've recommended the stairwell at the Headwaters Center in Dubois Wyoming!
