Elegy for Kathy's Harp

Elegy for Kathy's Harp

My good friend Kathy was waiting to load her harp at the Eastman School of Music one typically Rochester-windy day, when the harp blew over and suffered incredible breaks.  Kathy was naturally distraught, seeing the beautiful instrument lying on the pavement in such a brutal state.  Kathy later became harp professor at the University of Northern Colorado, and was well loved by that musical community.  I have also performed this as a two-piano piece.  Please contact me for the score.
